DESCRIPTION:In occasione del Festival Franciacorta, venerdì 18 settembre e sabato 19 settembre saremo ospiti di Santus, cantina familiare di Passirano, la cui produzione è interamente dedicata al Franciacorta e nasce da una filosofia che valorizza il legame tra vite, territorio e annata: nessuna cuvée, ma esclusivamente vini millesimati, ottenuti da vendemmie tardive che conferiscono maggiore complessità, struttura e una marcata impronta minerale.\nDalle 19:00 alle 23:00 la cantina proporrà un aperitivo accompagnato da DJ Set. Protagonista della serata sarà il Santus Franciacorta Brut. Noi proporremo in abbinamento alcune proposte food: pane e salamine; formaggio fuso; il nostro pomodoro alla brace.\nIl costo dell’esperienza è di 20 euro a persona.\nLa prenotazione è obbligatoria ed è gestita direttamente da Santus (clicca qui per maggiori informazioni).\n
